    The Pilates reformer and tower really comes into its own during pregnancy. It can help us keep strengthening and moving parts which become increasingly difficult to access as pregnancy progresses.

  • Postnatal Pilates sessions

    We focus in on what your body needs the most to rebuild, strengthen and function correctly (including our core and pelvic floor). Babies are always welcome and we will work with whatever energy levels you come with through the door!

  • Women's Pilates sessions

    I support women through every life stage, whether they are recovering from injuries, dealing with peri-menopause, managing osteoporosis (and osteopenia), or aiming to feel strong, healthy, and agile.

Pricing

  • These are priced at £65 a session.

  • £310 (making it £62 a session).

  • £600 (making it £60 a session)

  • £1,100 paid in two £550 installments over a month (making it £55 a session)

    This pack has you covered for a 12 sessions which you might use every other week, although, of course when in your pregnancy and how often you come is up to you.

    This pack makes each session £57 and costs £684

1:1 sessions are offered:

  • Mondays 12.30 and 1.45pm

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 9.15, 10.30 and 11.45am

1:1 Sessions are held at my home studio at GU10 4ED.
