Pregnancy Classes
Suitable for your second and third trimester
Core work to manage the increasing weight of the baby and support your postnatal healing
Pelvic floor strengthening and releasing to keep good function and prepare for birth
Overall strengthening exercise balanced with stretching and releasing
Mondays 06:15pm, 1hr
