Classes Return to Farnham!

It’s finally time for me to bring back in-person classes in Farnham. The last time I was running them was pre-Covid and I only had one child. So much has changed and I am very excited to restart teaching classes for mums and women.

Covid has left the availability of classes for women, and especially new mums, very limited and so many women missed out on any opportunity to join a class on their maternity.

I cannot wait to start connecting with mums and women in Farnham again, to empower them with knowledge, to move our bodies together and to leave the room stronger.

I’d love for you to join me.

I have two classes on a Friday at the Marindin Hall in Frensham which is just outside Farnham.

9.30am is my Women’s Class. This class is for any woman, for those who wish to progress beyond my postnatal class and any children are welcome to come and observe/have snacks/watch netflix etc.

10.45am is my Postnatal Pilates Mum & Baby class where babies are very much welcome. The period of the postnatal body is however a woman feels although I highly recommend resting for at least 6 weeks after the birth to allow the body to heal from the inside and longer if you had a caesarean (around 12 weeks). Please don’t feel rushed to restart exercising again.
