September Postnatal Pilates Courses in Farnham

I think I blinked and missed the summer holidays because, wow, they went by so fast. We spent some time in Greece with my family and on Tenerife and it was so much fun but also so exhausting. I must stop thinking that I will be able to get more work done during holidays when the amount of mum work increases exponentially!

So my next half termly Postnatal Pilates courses start up again on September 13th at St Thomas on the Bourne, Farnham.

I think that Early Postnatal Level 1 speaks for itself - you recently had a baby, you’re healing and you are reconnecting with your body.

Postnatal Level 2 is a course for once you move past that early period. We move and we work hard in this class but we have options for everyone, utilising tools to help our core and pelvic floor function optimally and helping us achieve our wider exercise goals or sports. With kids and babies around it is a little bit chaotic but it also means you don’t have to grapple with mum guilt trying to find childcare so you can do some exercise. You can do this course as often as you like as each time it is different based on who is in the room.

We are forever postnatal….but that doesn’t make us weaker.

Early Postnatal Level 1 Pilates - 09:30am (45mins)

Level 2 Postnatal Pilates - 10:45am (1hr)
